Step by step guide to connect to Eduroam network

Windows Setup Guide

Download and install the Eduroam CAT application

Download the Eduroam CAT application to automatically configure your device

Download Eduroam CAT

Enter your credentials

Username Format:

ogrno@tinaztepe.edu.tr

Password: Use the password provided by your institution

Connect to the network

Kurulum tamamlandıktan sonra otomatik olarak bağlanacaktır.

Mobile Device Setup

Android Setup

  1. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi
  2. Select "eduroam" network
  3. Enter your username and password
  4. Select "Do not validate" for certificate
  5. Connect to the network

iOS Setup

  1. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi
  2. Select "eduroam" network
  3. Enter your username and password
  4. Accept the certificate if prompted
  5. Connect to the network

Troubleshooting

Make sure your username is in the format studentid@tinaztepe.edu.tr

Make sure you are using the password provided by your institution

Try forgetting the network and reconnecting. If the problem persists, restart your device

Make sure you have selected "Do not validate" for certificate on Android devices, or accepted the certificate on iOS devices
